Equinox College is a 100% Indigenous-owned, family-operated training provider founded on a simple yet powerful belief: education should enrich lives, empower individuals, and help every learner exceed their own expectations.

Our story began in community, not just serving it, but being part of it. We saw the need for quality, compassionate training in aged care, disability, and community services, and decided to build something that reflected our values and vision for the future. What started as a grassroots effort with a small team and big ambitions has grown into a dynamic, values-driven organisation that’s training the next generation of care professionals across Australia, the Pacific and beyond.
