📢 Important Update: Streamlining Our Enrolment Process!

At Equinox College, we are always looking for ways to enhance our enrolment experience, ensuring it is smooth, efficient, and supportive for our future students.

After trialing a recent update to our process, we have listened to feedback and identified an opportunity to improve the experience even further. To make the process clearer and more accessible, we are introducing a refined approach to enrolment:

✅ Step 1: Complete the LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy & Digital) assessment online at your convenience.
✅ Step 2: Receive an email notifying you of your assessment outcome.
✅ Step 3: If successful, you will be invited to attend our campus to finalise your enrolment in person.

This change ensures that students have a clear pathway to enrolment while also allowing us to provide the right support where needed.

What is so special about the Certificate III in Individual Support course?

The Certificate III in Individual Support course is the minimum qualification required to work in Australia’s aged care sector. It is an entry level qualification, recognised by all aged care providers.

Are there real job prospect in Australia when I complete the program?

YES!

We have a team in Australia, working with Aged Care employers to create opportunities for Solomon Islanders to gain employment through the Pacific Labour Mobility Scheme.

CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability)

  • Delivery: Face to Face
  • Duration: 16 weeks (includes 3 weeks of practical attachment)
  • Cost:  $20,000SBD (payment plans are available)

Introduction to Aged Care Micro-Credential

  • Delivery: Online
  • Duration: 3 months (fully online)
  • Cost: $5,000 SBD

COMING SOON – HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (includes CPR)

  • Delivery: Face to Face
  • Duration: 6 hours
  • Cost: $600 SBD
