BLENDED DELIVERY

Blended learning (online theory, workplace application, face-to-face workshops)

2 × 2-day face to face practical sessions held across Queensland

There will be 16 units of competency in total to complete to achieve the three (3) credentials

The CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support

10 units are required to be completed for this qualification

This course is currently funded for eligible students. Students are required to pay a co-contribution fee.

Students eligible for subsidised training under government funding programs can normally only access the funding once, so it is important that you choose your course carefully.

Concession Holders – $150.00 ($9.40 per unit)
Non-Concession Holders – $250.00 ($15.65 per unit)

Fee for Service Fee – $3,500

**PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE FOR FEE FOR SERVICE STUDENTS**

$200 deposit must be paid upon enrolment, then weekly or fortnightly payments. (This amount is inclusive of the total fee)
All Fee for Service fees must be paid in full prior to Certificate being issued

All payment plans incur a small fee which will be outlined in the Payment Plan agreement with Pay Advantage https://www.payadvantage.com.au

Entry requirements

Completion of: CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)

OR

Completion of: CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)

OR

Completion of: CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability PLUS the CHCSS00125 Entry to Certificate IV in Disability Support Skill Set.
